JOB SUMMARY
     The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for answering and responding to incoming calls, for scheduling inspections and service, and for performing a variety of administrative tasks. As the first person a customer may come in contact with, the CSR has the responsibility of promoting the highest level of friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, and efficiency. 

Essential Job Functions

  1. Answer all incoming calls.
  2. Develop and maintain good rapport with customers.
  3. Answer billing questions.
  4. Explain services available.
  5. Solve/identify miscellaneous customer concerns.
  6. Process payments.
  7. Set up new accounts.
  8. Process cancellations.
  9. Call accounts with past due balances.
  10. Confirm and set all appointments for assigned technicians.
  11. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
     Must have basic computer skills. Will be trained to have a basic knowledge of pest control. Must be able to work in a call center environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
     Must be able to use fingers and hands. Must be able to sit, stand and walk. Must be able to reach with arms and hands.

EDUCATION
      High School Education or equivalent.
