JOB SUMMARY
     Politely and friendly receive guests. Perform administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Maintains file room
  2. Log files in and out at all times.
  3. Daily monitoring, rating and distribution of Yodle Marketing Information.
  4. Scanning documents into pestpac.
  5. Mail out customer requested contracts, credit card receipts, and invoices.
  6. Quality Control/Cancelation request calls to and from customers.
  7. Creation of daily reports.
  8. Directs guests to appropriate department.
  9. Sorting and distributing mail.
  10. Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRMENTS
     Receptionist needs to be responsible, thorough and competent in all areas of the job. Must have basic computer skills. Must have basic Microsoft office experience and have a willingness to learn PestPac (customer database) . Must have excellent people/interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers. Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
     Must be able to use hands to finger. Must be able to stand, walk and sit. Must be able to reach with arms and hands. Must be able to stoop, kneel, and crouch.

EDUCATION
     High School education or equivalent.
