JOB SUMMARY
     Directs and coordinates activities in service center. Reviews and analyzes reports, records, and directives, and confers with supervisors to obtain data required for planning service center activities such as status of work in progress and problems encountered. Assigns, or delegates responsibility for specified work. Gives work directions, resolves problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Coordinates activities of service center with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy. Monitors and analyzes costs and prepares budget using computer. Prepares reports and records on service center activities for management using computer.

Essential Job Functions

1. Ensuring all technicians service work is complete each month.
2. Ensuring quality checks are done each month on all pest and termite technicians.
3. Responsible for technician phone usage.
4. Maintain product budgets.
5. Make sure all vehicles are maintained.
6. Handle customer complaints that can not be resolved in customer service.
7. Maintain up keep of the building.
8. Make sure building is secure every night.
9. Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
     A Service Center Manager needs to be responsible, thorough and competent in all areas of the job. You are expected to know where all the technicians are as far as completing their routes. It is imperative to do quality checks on all technicians to make sure they are doing their job as required. SCM is required to keep a log on all trucks (maintenance done, future maintenance required, amount of gas used by each technician, and assignment of vehicles to technicians). Must also keep a log on all gas cards, and who is assigned cards. Must have excellent people/interpersonal skillswith customers and employees. Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION
     High School education or equivalent.
