We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking on new challenges! In this position, you will work daily with customers, manage and schedule accounts, accounts receivable, resolve customer problems and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate develops and maintains good rapport with customers, has excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask throughout the day. The candidate must have a very positive attitude, be computer proficient, and have an outstanding communication ability. As the first person a customer may come in contact with, the CSR has the responsibility of promoting the highest level of friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, and efficiency.
